Forum: Feature Ideas & Requests One Suggestion or perhaps an observation. I notice that when a team member sends a “Group” message to everyone, often a recipient responds directly to the sender’s email address rather than clicking on the link at the bottom of the email and therefore only the sender gets the response and it doesn’t make it to any of the other team members or to the messages area of the Team Snap site. Additionally, it seems that if the recipient of a “Group” message does respond via the link the response dies on the message page and isn’t broadcast to all of the original recipients of the first message. Since all of the original recipients emails are concealed then there is no way to have a dialogue amongst team members which would be quite a useful function for decision making and information dissemination as well as “asked & answered” polling amongst team members. Forum: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports I had the “Hide Past Events” box checked in the Schedule and we passed our last game. The system thought we never had any games scheduled and the menu for “create a first game or event” showed up. I was able to create a future event to show that check box again, then turn it off so all events showed. If you have events, even if you’re not displaying them, it should show something like “No future events” and tell the user to click the check box to display the past events and/or games instead of acting like none have ever been entered. Thanks – the site is the best and I met with the coaches tonight and they said to tell you how awesome the site is and it made the season a lot more fun this year than in previous years. |

Forum: Feature Ideas & Requests Can you exxpand the date feature to provide a date range? Presently it looks like all events and games have to happen on one day only, even if you make the duration 72hours. For Swim Teams to use this it will need multiple days. dh |

Forum: Feature Ideas & Requests I agree with cludding, Need the ability to create different folders. Documents and Photos should be separate functions. Some of our parents don’t like kids uploading photos so it would be nice to limit access or be able to turn off access. |

Here are some answers. 1) We’re working on this, but want to make sure that it avoids spam. 2) Click on the “More options” button when creating or editing a game and you’ll see a button to mark the game as canceled. 3) We are working on making Availability more robust, including historical attendance. Forum: Feature Ideas & Requests Only managers can use the Manager tab. Anyone who is not a manager doesn’t see or have access to this area or any of its features. Forum: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports I have the same problem. The bottom of the page shows 16 of 18 having paid. But if I count the check marks there are 15 checked and 3 un-checked. This does not happen for all payments, just this particular one. My team is a soccer team called “Rockville Arsenal FC”. I’m not sure where to find the team ID. If it’s the one in the URL my team ID is 8698. Thanks! |

Forum: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports I had a player who only played in one game and he was at the top of a few stat categories. Since we have had almost 20 games now, I changed that player to a non-player to keep him off the leaderboards. When I did that he was removed, however I now see only the top 4 (rather than 5) in the categories that he was leading. Just thought I should report it. Brad |

Forum: Feature Ideas & Requests Hi Tina, Each member can export the schedule to a calendar. You can find this export button on the Schedule tab. They could also print it out from the website too…or just log in to the site and look :-) You can also set up email reminders and manager notifications for games and events under the Availability tab.
