Feature request: Inactivate Players

A fairly normal issue for my team is players coming and going season-to-season. So I’ll have a player that gets injured and is out for a season. I’d like to be able to mark these players and “inactive” such that they don’t get batch email/messages, don’t need to pay, etc. Is this an already planned feature? Thanks, Ben |

Hi Ben, Thanks for the feedback. We’ll add this to our list of potential new features and have the development team discuss it. Thanks again, |

I agree with Ben – this would be a very helpful addition to the website. My team will probably stay together year round, moving from one league to another. I’m also looking at going to an indoor team with some of my players, so it’d be nice to be able to single out the ones on the website that are “active” and “inactive”. Along those lines, the ability to have multiple teams, I guess, for one organization would be helpful, too (e.g. an outdoor team and an indoor team with some players on both teams, the teams having separate schedules and statistics but combining career statistics for each player). |

Along those same lines, having both an “inactive” and “substitute” status for players would be helpful. Being able to “activate” your subs for individual games when your regular players are not able to attend games is useful for keeping track of how many players you have at a game. That way subs don’t receive all the emails, etc., but are able to indicate they are playing a game for which they were asked to be a sub. |
