editing email messages

I sent an email to the team through the button on the roster tab and while typing the message, I went up to edit the content. In doing so, the bottom of the message basically got truncated from the editor. Any part of the message that did not fit in the display box, the box you type your message in, got lost. However, when I finished the message and sent it there were paragraphs that got duplicated in the email message that was sent. It did not appear that way when I viewed it before sending it.
Something is going on during the editing of an email before sending it to the team. It resulted in a duplication of paragraphs in the final note. But you don’t see that until you actually receive the email. Make sense??

Actually, I just sent another short note and the email message gets duplicated in the note sent out.
