One member can't post messages

I’ve got one member of my team who can’t post messages. Her words: “I use Windows XP and Mozilla Firefox. When I hit reply (to a message), or new message, the cursor appears in the box but does not blink and does not move. No error messages.” I also use Windows XP and Firefox and I’m able to post no problem. —Any ideas? |

They should try quitting and restarting their browsers. If they still cannot post in either browser, ask them to contact our support team directly. Thanks! Andrew @ TeamSnap |
