One member can't post messages

I’ve got one member of my team who can’t post messages. Her words:

“I use Windows XP and Mozilla Firefox. When I hit reply (to a message), or new message, the cursor appears in the box but does not blink and does not move. No error messages.”

I also use Windows XP and Firefox and I’m able to post no problem.

—Any ideas?

They should try quitting and restarting their browsers. If they still cannot post in either browser, ask them to contact our support team directly.
