I’m keeping track of league fees and at the bottom where it keeps track of the total “Payments Received,” the total is off by 1. I have 8 people paid and check marked and it says I have 9 people paid. If I check all the boxes, it’ll say 14 out of 13 payments received.

Please send a support request with your team ID so we can see what’s going on with your team. This shouldn’t be able to happen.

Team ID is Headfirst IU Club Team in the sport of softball.

I have the same problem. The bottom of the page shows 16 of 18 having paid. But if I count the check marks there are 15 checked and 3 un-checked. This does not happen for all payments, just this particular one.

My team is a soccer team called “Rockville Arsenal FC”. I’m not sure where to find the team ID. If it’s the one in the URL my team ID is 8698.

I am also with Ed Benjamin’s team (Rockville Arsenal FC #8698 above). I did see the problem. Unfortunately, the problem no longer shows up, because it corrected itself when I unchecked everything and re-checked the 15. Thanks for looking into this!
