Our coding team has been hard at work the last few weeks rolling out new features in TeamSnap. Here are some of the highlights:

Add notes to any game or event – These can be viewed in the new…

Game and Event detail pages. – All the information about the game or event in one handy spot, including who’s available and who’s bringing refreshments.

Designate Home or Away

Set an arrival time OTHER than game time – Handy if you need to know when to drop the kids off, for example.

Option to not count a game towards the standings – Playoffs? Preseason? You can now make sure the game isn’t counted in your record.

Cancel a game – Sure, you could always delete a canceled game, but now there’s a checkbox to actually show it as “Canceled” so everyone gets the message.

Export your roster in CSV format – For handy-dandy importation into Excel or your favorite spreadsheet. Just look for the “Export” button on the Roster page.

Driving Directions – If you have your address in TeamSnap you’ll see an automatic link for easy Google driving directions to locations and your teammates.

Multiple photo upload fields – Now you can upload more than one photo at a time. Handy!

HTML toolbar for Messages – No more funky markup codes. It’s What You See is What You Get.

Besides these new features, we’ve also been fixing bugs and laying the groundwork for more new features that are coming soon.

As always, let us know what you think by clicking on the Feedback button on your TeamSnap page or posting to the TeamSnap Forums. We really appreciate all the great feedback we’ve gotten so far. It’s helping us to figure out what features to add next.

Thanks, and happy playing!

Great job! The custom labels and notes section for games is awesome!

I can’t seem to find the checkbox to cancel a game. Our game yesterday was rained out, and I’d like the schedule to reflect that.

Nevermind. I found it when I went to edit the game. I thought it would be under the “Results” link rather than the “Edit” link.

Love the latest features.

Would it be possible to export the statistics data in the same fashion as the roster? Or else a snapshot/backup feature that prevents accidental data loss. (I see that you have a RESET ALL STATS button which is what prompted my question)
