I am the team manager for our netball team and I am new at this TeamSnap thing. After I have typed in this week’s game time etc is there any way that this can be emailed to my team so i don’t need to email them the schedual every week? Is there a way to imput all of the future games/times and have this site automatically send my team a reminder email about our game and request them to put in their ‘availability’? Sounds good doesn’t it?

Any info would be great – i know i can send my team an email but i would prefer it to be automatic i.e. me not having to do it each week ;)

Hi Tina,

Each member can export the schedule to a calendar. You can find this export button on the Schedule tab. They could also print it out from the website too…or just log in to the site and look :-)

You can also set up email reminders and manager notifications for games and events under the Availability tab. Just click on the Availability Preferences button at the top of the page.
